Role Description
This is an on-site, contract role for a Sales Executive based in Mataram. The Sales Executive will focus on identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies. Additionally, the role requires representing the hotel at industry events and fostering partnerships to enhance business growth.
Qualifications
Proven skills in client acquisition, account management, and relationship building
Experience in sales strategy development, business analysis, and achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Knowledge of the Mataram market and hospitality industry is an advantage
Results-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., MS Office)
Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism sector is a plus
