Procurement Engineer - PSF

Responsible in doing sales activities in order to provide support for company to release the imported materials / equipment based on Customs law, which conform to business ethics and Company's procedures. Job Responsibilities

Key Metric Make planning and recommendations regarding sales parameters set up according to requirements and consider various aspects (e.g. : Import duty and taxes, Custom clearance, Shipping /mode of transportation, delivery type, freight forwarder, etc.). Planning and recommendations are approved and monitored periodically Coordinate the sales document based on customs law such as proforma invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading/ AWB by liaise with the supplier and forwarder/shipping agent, etc. Document responsibility Coordinate the processing of Customs Declaration (PIB) and Payment of import duty. The process went smoothly and no dispute Initiate meetings with certain parties related to Exim process to find the best solution for all parties. The process went smoothly and no dispute Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements Education

Bachelor's Degree of Any major Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

Minimum 1 year of Experience in Sales, Marketing, or related positionsis preferred Experience in handlingMining Industryis a must Known as and has the capability as the expertise of specified field, has established contacts with other professionals within related industry. Committed, highly dedicated individual with business sense and technical know how Should have good Communications and presentation skills. Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage
