Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized business clients in the Surabaya Sungkono region

Understand the client's business needs and provide tailored financial solutions to support their growth and success

Proactively identify new business opportunities and cross-sell the bank's products and services

Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery

Actively participate in client events and networking activities to enhance the bank's visibility and brand

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

Requirements

Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions

Proficient in using relevant banking and financial software applications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
