Trade Lane Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Trade Lane Executive to develop, expand, and strengthen new and existing trade lanes. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, overseas agent connections, and a commercial mindset to grow volumes and profitability across targeted routes.

Responsibilities

Develop and expand new international trade lanes (Import & Export); identify growth opportunities in emerging and existing markets

Build and manage strong relationships with overseas agents

Design trade-lane-specific solutions to support sales growth

Monitor lane performance, volumes, and profitability T

Requirements

Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics, freight forwarding or trade lane management

Good understanding of international trade lanes and pricing structures

Commercial mindset with analytical capability

Good understandingof Incoterms, routing, and international logistics

Strong managerial experience in LCL / consolidation business

In-depth knowledge of international trade lanes and pricing

Proven track record of increasing volumes and margins

Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
