Responsibilities The Opportunity

As an Account Payable Intern, you will be part of the Finance Team. As an accounts payable intern, you are responsible for accurately processing invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining detailed records of financial transactions.

What You Will Do

Check & journal data Petty Cash Club

Check & journal data Refund

Filing and scan hardcopy invoices received

Check & journal data hardcopy invoices

Input transactions/invoices received on emails to accounting system

Daily Bank Reconciliation

Adhoc

Requirements

Basic knowledge in journal entry

Communication skills

Time management

Familiarity with Account Payable flow/process

Familiarity with Excel formula (Preferred)
