Qualifications

Job Description

Develop and execute a comprehensive product development strategy focused on meeting the needs of hospital customers and improving patient care outcomes

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for product innovation in the hospital industry

Manage the entire product development lifecycle from concept ideation to commercialization, ensuring adherence to project milestones, budgets, and regulatory requirements

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare organizations, and industry partners to gather feedback, validate concepts, and drive product adoption

Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to anticipate challenges and opportunities, and adjust product development strategies accordingly
