WAREHOUSE MANAGER (ENGLISH SPEAKER)

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations (OSHA, DOT, etc.).

Forklift certification or experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.

Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.

Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) and ensure data accuracy across all inventory transactions.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, accuracy, cost control, and on-time delivery.

Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to meet company goals and customer expectations.

Oversee inventory control procedures, cycle counts, and audits to minimize discrepancies and losses.

Ensure compliance with all OSHA, safety, and company regulations.

Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Manage warehouse budgets, including labor, maintenance, and equipment expenses.
