Job Description
As a TA Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes to meet hiring needs.
Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies.
Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Utilising various recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
Screening applications and conducting initial interviews.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future workforce planning.
The Successful Applicant
A successful TA Supervisor should have:
2-3 years experience as
recruitment consultant, preferably within the mining sector
Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices to approach mining talents
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Open to working on Saturday half day
