As a

Brand Success Staff , you will play a key role in ensuring every brand partner is successfully onboarded, activated, and continuously supported in their day-to-day operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Brand Partnership, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Tech to ensure smooth execution from onboarding to campaign launches and issue resolution.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree (S1), any major is welcome. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Operations, Account Management, Brand Management, Customer Success, or related roles. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and parallel workflows. Strong communication skills (written & verbal); English proficiency is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (basic reporting & data tracking). Able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision. Problem-solving mindset with strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities : 1. Merchant Onboarding Own the end-to-end onboarding process for newly acquired merchant partners, ensuring all operational, technical, and administrative requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner. 2. Merchant Activation Collaborate with Brand Partnership and Marketing teams to execute merchant activation plans, ensuring merchants are properly activated post-onboarding — not just “live on paper.” 3. Day-to-Day Merchant Operations & Issue Handling Serve as the first line of operational support for merchants, handling inquiries, issues, and escalations professionally and efficiently. 4. Internal Operational Coordination Work closely with internal teams (Tech, Finance, Operations) to resolve merchant issues within agreed SLAs and ensure smooth operational processes.
