FAT Specialist

Sirah Naga Group is looking for a resilient and independent professional to lead our financial functions. In this role, you will be the vital link between our daily outlet operations and our strategic financial health, ensuring every transaction translates into accurate data and full tax compliance. Location: South Tangerang (Strategic: Only 5 minutes from Serpong KRL Station). Core Responsibilities: End-to-End Accounting: Manage the complete accounting cycle, from daily transaction verification to the preparation of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow). ESB System Management: Optimize the ESB System for seamless sales reconciliation and raw material cost control (Inventory/Goods Module). COGS & Inventory Analysis: Monitor procurement costs, lead periodic stock opnames, and analyze variances between physical stock and system data. Tax Compliance: Handle the end-to-end tax cycle specific to the F&B industry (VAT/PPN, PPh 21, 23, 25, 4(2)) in accordance with Indonesian regulations. Cash Flow & Budgeting: Manage daily operational liquidity and conduct monthly \"Budget vs Actual\" performance evaluations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Purchasing and Operations to ensure supply chain efficiency and document validity. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or Taxation. Certification: Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 years in Finance/Accounting (F&B industry experience is highly preferred). Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of ESB System (POS & Goods Modules) Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the latest Indonesian tax laws and e-Faktur/DJP applications.
