Job Description
The ideal candidate is a chef with a background in handling various events. You will run an efficient kitchen by consistently looking to improve the menu, producing quality food, and working closely with Food & Beverage Service Manager in the overall food and beverage operations of the restaurant.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor Degree in
Hospitality, especially from Culinary major
Minimum 3 years
experiences as Head Chef in five stars Hotel or large reputable restaurant group
Having experience as a Chef abroad is preferred
Having expert knowledge about COGS report and food costing
High capability of planning, organizing, problem solving, staff managing and time management.
Able to make standard operating procedures of the kitchen to be effective & efficient
Passionate in cooking and business culinary
Creative and have strong attention to detail
