QA/QC Engineer (Oil & Gas)

Job Title : QA/QC Engineer – Offshore (Project Based) Location : Jakarta

Job Responsibilities Implement and maintain the

Project Quality Plan (PQP)

and ensure compliance with project quality requirements. Review and monitor

Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)

for fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities. Perform and coordinate

inspection activities

including welding inspection, NDT, dimensional inspection, coating inspection, and hydrotest. Ensure all work complies with

client specifications and international standards

such as API, ASME, AWS, and ISO. Prepare and review

QA/QC documentation

including inspection reports, material certificates, welding documentation (WPS/PQR/WPQ), and quality records. Identify and manage

Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)

and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Coordinate with

client inspectors, third-party inspectors, and project team

during inspection and testing activities. Support preparation of

Final Quality Dossier / Manufacturing Record Book (MRB)

for project handover.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in

Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgy / Welding Engineering or related discipline . Minimum

10 years experience

in

Oil & Gas Offshore / EPC Projects . Experience in

offshore platform, topside, jacket, pipeline, or subsea projects

is preferred. Strong knowledge of

welding, fabrication, inspection, and quality documentation . Familiar with international codes and standards ( API, ASME, AWS, ISO ).
