IT Business & System Analyst Supervisor

Analyze and Design Business Process and Business Flow based on requirement. Produce Document (System/Workflow/SOP) as based document for system development. Constructing technical diagram (ERD/Class Diagram/etc.), analyzing system capabilities, and gap analysis. Monitor running business process and workflow system, and enhance for system effectiveness. Manage IT project execution and coordination, including SIT,UAT, and go live. Implement projects by gathering and analyzing user requirements, and providing training. Oversee project management from planning to completion, including error case analysis. Troubleshoot errors occurring after project go-live.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor Degree’s in Computer Science (Information Technology / System Information) At Least 3 years working experience as System Analyst / Business Analyst / Project Manager Experience in project management, leadership and team management Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical skill and problem solving Have good communication skill Able to use Modelling Software (Ms. Visio, Ms. Project, Figma, etc.) Database Modelling Skill is a plus. Able to work in tight timeline and under preassure.
