About the job Area Sales Manager B2B
Responsible for achieving sales targets (revenue, shipment volume, customer growth).
Manage and develop key (TOP) customers and acquire new customers.
Lead and manage the sales team to ensure effective CRM, visit plans, and sales funnel execution.
Drive new customer acquisition and ensure fast onboarding.
Maintain key customer relationships and minimize customer churn.
Ensure service quality and coordinate to resolve customer issues.
Handle pricing, gross profit control, contracts, and cross-functional coordination.
Job Requirements
2–5 years of sales management experience in logistics (LTL / express / courier).
Experience leading a sales team of 5–20 people.
Strong execution, result-oriented, and hands-on leadership mindset.
Familiar with local market and has existing customer resources.
Strong negotiation, customer development, and relationship management skills.
Able to analyze sales data (revenue, volume, gross profit).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and/or written) is a plus.
