Sap Finance Control Consultant

Global Talent Acquisition @FPT software I Looking for BA, .NET/ Angular, Java. RESPONSIBILITIES

Support SAP FICO implementation and rollout projects (ECC and S/4HANA).

Provide AMS/SM services: support daily finance operations, resolve incidents, implement small enhancements, and ensure SLA compliance.

Work closely with Korean finance teams to ensure compliance with K-GAAP and K-IFRS.

Configure and enhance FICO processes: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and Reporting.

Integrate FICO with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.

Provide expert guidance on statutory reporting, tax management, and treasury processes.

Prepare documentation, functional specifications, and training materials in Korean.

Mentor junior team members and collaborate with offshore teams.

Stay updated with SAP innovations (Group Reporting, PaPM, SAC FP&A, Blackline, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS

University degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT.

5+ years of SAP FICO experience (implementation and AMS/SM).

At least one full-cycle S/4HANA project.

Strong exposure to Korean statutory reporting and tax compliance.

Extensive knowledge of FI and CO configuration, customization, and integration.

Ability to travel onsite short-term (domestic and overseas) as required.

Proficiency in Korean and English.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP certification in FI or CO.

Knowledge of SAP Group Reporting, SAC (FP&A), or BPC.

Experience with reconciliation and allocation tools (Blackline, High Radius, PaPM).

Experience in reading and understanding ABAP source code, Fiori applications, or SAP BTP extensions.
