We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead our dynamic food and beverage team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar. Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction. Manage team performance, training, and schedules. Innovate menus in collaboration with the kitchen team. Maintain inventory, order supplies, and control costs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Plan and execute promotional events and activities.

Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant and bar management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Creative and innovative approach to food and beverage offerings. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Knowledge of hospitality software is an advantage.
