Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with strong conceptual thinking and refined aesthetic judgment. This role goes beyond production design. You will shape how Azoria looks, feels, and communicates across all platforms — from branding systems and merchandising to social media and event visuals. You must be confident moving between concept development and hands‑on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Concept Development
Develop strong visual concepts aligned with brand positioning
Translate strategic ideas into cohesive visual systems
Contribute to brand evolution and refinement
Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
Social Media & Digital Design
Design premium social media assets (static, carousel, stories)
Develop layout systems for recurring content formats
Create event announcements and campaign visuals
Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to elevate storytelling
Concept and design merchandise (apparel, accessories, uniforms)
Ensure high‑quality print and embroidery standards
Create mockups and production‑ready files
Typography & Layout
Develop and refine typographic hierarchies
Strengthen and maintain the brand typography system
Design editorial‑style layouts for campaigns and presentations
Maintain precise attention to spacing, alignment, and composition
Photography & Visual Direction
Edit and retouch photography aligned with brand tone
Apply consistent color grading
Ensure visual coherence across campaigns
Guide photographers on shoot direction when required
Video Editing (Plus)
Edit short‑form content (Reels, event recaps, athlete highlights)
Apply consistent color treatment and pacing
Support storytelling through visual rhythm
(Video editing experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.)
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4+ years of professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and conceptual work
Experience in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, or sports brands highly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Experience with Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci is a plus
Strong typography sensibility
Experience in apparel or merchandise design is a major advantage
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Concept‑driven thinker, not just an executor
Detail‑oriented — spacing, alignment, and typography matter
Strong aesthetic taste and visual culture awareness
Understands premium brand positioning
Comfortable receiving and integrating feedback
Structured, reliable, and proactive
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
