Key Responsibilities

Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex data, forecast performance, financial report, and optimize profitability. Ability to manage budgets, capital investments, and cost-efficiency initiatives while maintaining high operational standards. Proven success in improving operational processes, implementing SOP, and ensuring consistent quality across multiple outlets or business units. Experience ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards for retail and F&B operations. Proven track record in managing multi-unit retail and F&B operations, including P&L responsibility and large-scale business performance management. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail merchandising, menu development, supply chain, and operational excellence frameworks. Experience in developing and implementing multi-channel strategies, including brick-and-mortar, digital retail, and delivery platforms. Deep knowledge of brand building, product innovation, pricing strategies, and customer experience design. Demonstrated ability to create long-term strategies, drive business transformation, and scale operations in a fast-paced and competitive market. Exceptional leadership and people-management skills, with experience leading diverse teams and developing future leaders. Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and partnership-building abilities, including vendor and franchise network management. Ability to identify emerging trends, innovate product offerings, and enhance customer experience to drive brand loyalty. Strong focus on digital transformation, including the use of technology to optimize operations and customer engagement. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Highly adaptable, resilient, and capable of making high-impact decisions under pressure. Strong commitment to collaboration, integrity, and organizational values. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of five years' experience as a Food & Beverage Director or Vice President in a high-volume and multi-unit retail and F&B operations. Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving. Proficiency in F&B management software and POS systems. In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Creativity and innovation in developing unique F&B concepts and guest experiences.
