Role Description

Identifying potential clients

Build and manage relationships with CIAS clients and ensuring customer satisfaction

Doing the end to end sales process from leads to invoices

Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure that projects that have been agreed can run smoothly

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service

Strong business relationship management and client relations skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

2-3 years work experience in the consulting or service-oriented industry
