Plan the product launching strategy and lead the team to deliver it through social media.

Collaborate with the brand manager, product, sales, and event teams to amplify new launches and nationwide education programs.

Analyze performance metrics, optimize content, and report actionable insights.

Plan and monitor customer touch points and customer journey in social media.

Stay ahead of social media trends and apply them creatively to keep our digital presence dynamic and relevant.

Who You Are

2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (retail/fmcg industry is a plus)

A creative storyteller with a strong sense of branding, aesthetics, and engagement.

Skilled in analytics tools and social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta Suite, etc.).

Curious, data-driven, and comfortable turning insights into strategies that deliver measurable impact.
