Sales Marketing Manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.

Min. 3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in Sport, Gym, & Wellness industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Creative, target-oriented, and strategic thinker.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Job Description:

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase new memberships and meet revenue targets.

Collaborate with the Sport Center Manager, Gym Manager, and Wellness Manager to create attractive membership programs and promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing, digital, and operations teams to drive membership growth.

Analyze data to track member trends, behavior, and identify areas for improvement.

Provide excellent service and maintain strong relationships with current and potential members.

Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professional follow-up.

Ensure accurate reporting on membership performance, retention, and financials.
