EIGER also aims to promote the name of Indonesia and the quality of Indonesian products on the international stage, particularly in the fashion retail industry. ‍ About The Activity Your role will involve assisting the full spectrum of activities across Organization Development team Assist the team in maintain latest update of Job Spesification and Job Description Assist the team in conducting Job Analysis and Job Evaluation Assist the team in the preparation of organizational structures in the system Participate in organizational development projects Do administrative activities such as filing documents and other correspondence

‍ What You'll Need To Success Final semester students or Fresh Graduates in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Someone who is confident, proactive, communicative in conveying something orally or in writing Possess strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective collaboration and good work ethics Work placement at the Head Office of Kab. Bandung West Java.
