Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Fiscal Administration/Accounting from a reputable university.
USKP C required and licensed tax attorney.
8-10 years of relevant tax experience.
SAP (ECC or S/4Hana) experience and participation in a large SAP ERP implementation project, including accounting projects within SAP ERP implementation.
Conversant with major tax types and topics.
Comprehensive understanding of the tax laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a regional team.
Proactive, solutions‑oriented approach with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Experience working with multinational companies is preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive and operational tax advisory support to the business operations, covering all tax types.
Minimize the tax burden while ensuring full compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
Advise and guide the local CFO and accounting team on all tax matters, including compliance, returns, payments, tax accounting, and tax forecasts.
Manage and coordinate tax audits and litigations, working closely with the Group and Zone Tax Departments and external advisors.
Proactively monitor and analyze changes in tax laws and regulations, providing timely updates, assessments, and recommendations to the business.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local tax authorities and relevant government agencies.
Manage and oversee relationships with external tax advisors and consultants, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and high‑quality service.
Contribute to the development and implementation of robust tax risk management strategies, identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential tax exposures.
Prepare and maintain appropriate tax documentation to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Partner with business on projects and transactions, providing expert tax advice and guidance to facilitate informed decision‑making.
