Job Description Sechi Hair Professional is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our team. We’re seeking someone who is confident, persuasive, and thrives on building strong relationships — both in person and online.

Key Responsibilities

Approach and pitch Sechi Hair products confidently to salons, stylists, and potential business partners.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, product demos, and after‑sales support.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities — from new salons to partnership collaborations.

Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in assigned territories.

Confidently communicate in both English and Bahasa Indonesia when meeting clients or presenting products.

Represent the Sechi brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at events, exhibitions, or training sessions.

Maintain organized sales records, client databases, and schedules to ensure smooth follow‑up and reporting.

Understand Sechi’s brand values, product range, and key selling points to effectively deliver engaging product pitches.

Requirements

Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or haircare industry.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Confident, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with salon owners and beauty professionals.

Must have a valid motorcycle driving license and be willing to travel for client visits.

Organized, disciplined, and results‑driven with a passion for the beauty industry.

Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
