Account Manager – Analytical Products

As an Account Manager for Analytical Products, I am responsible for managing key customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth for analytical instruments and laboratory solutions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients in industrial, laboratory, and research sectors.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable analytical product solutions, including instruments, consumables, and services.
Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Coordinate with technical, application, and service teams to ensure effective pre‑sales and after‑sales support.
Monitor sales performance, achieve assigned targets, and expand market coverage.
Conduct market analysis, competitor monitoring, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM or internal systems.
Skills & Competencies

Understanding of analytical instruments and laboratory environments.
