Our client is a leading

Batam-based FMCG distributor

and currently looking for an Operation Manager within the same industry or FMCG. Details as below.

Responsibilities

Overall Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.

Budget Management: Manage the operational budget, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.

Supply Chain and Retail Management: Oversee the supply chain and retail operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in FMCG industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proficient in process improvement methodologies.

Strong understanding of supply chain & retail.

Fluent in Bahasa, English, and Chinese (is a plus).
