Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of microservices-based backend systemsWork with Product Managers to translate requirements into technical tasksBreak down features and sub-TasksEnsure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable architectureImplement and enforce best engineering practicesTroubleshoot and quickly resolve production issuesReview code and guide the development teamEnsure CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes are stableTake ownership of system performance, reliability, and scalabilityContribute to development when necessary to accelerate deliveryDefine, track, and evaluate developer KPIs such as delivery efficiency, code quality, and system reliability
