HR

Join PT Arena Sehat Kenjeran' as an HR professional and help drive the company's people strategy. In this full-time role based in Mulyorejo, Jawa Timur, you will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition and employee engagement to performance management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and offboarding

Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and best practices to ensure compliance with labour regulations

Collaborate with department heads to identify and address workforce needs and challenges

Spearhead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment

Oversee the performance review process and provide guidance to managers on performance management

Administer compensation, benefits and leave management programmes

Maintain accurate employee records and HR data

Support the organisation's HR-related projects and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within the healthcare or consulting industry

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the organisation

Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and address HR-related challenges

Proficient in HR software and data analysis tools

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
