MANAGING DIRECTOR ABOUT US Rindu Rasa Group is a growing food & beverage company managing a modern Nusantara restaurant brand. As we enter a phase of business professionalization and structured growth, we are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead operations and drive sustainable business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and oversee end-to-end restaurant operations

Take full responsibility for business performance, including profit and loss

Develop and implement operational systems and SOPs

Lead management teams and human capital development

Optimize cost efficiency and operational productivity

Drive revenue growth and profitability strategies

Prepare the business for structured expansion

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the F&B industry

Proven track record in senior management roles (GM, COO, or equivalent)

Strong understanding of food cost, labor cost, and financial management

Experience working with KPIs and performance-based evaluation

Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills

High level of integrity and results‑driven mindset
