Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Supervisor located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Accounting Supervisor will oversee and manage accounting functions, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with reporting standards, managing financial reporting, and using accounting software to perform day‑to‑day operational accounting tasks. The role also involves supervising and guiding the accounting team to ensure accuracy and accountability in financial processes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting

Strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Finance

Experience with and the ability to use Accounting Software effectively

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Demonstrated experience in managing a team and coordinating financial operations

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Knowledge of local financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus

Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred
