Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, order status, and general questions by chat in e-commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTokshop, etc).
Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, refunds, and product information.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
Previous experience in customer service, especially within an e-commerce environment.
Familiarity with major eโcommerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.) and their operational tools.
Excellent communication and writing skills aligned with brand voice.
Strong problemโsolving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Strong interest and knowledge in the beauty industry (skincare and makeup).
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or campaign periods.
