We leverage data and analytics to drive growth, optimize our guest experience, and strengthen our brand across nine properties (100 rooms total).
What You’ll Do
Assisting to Manage Guesthouses
Respond to guest comments, questions, and complaints promptly and professionally
What We’re Looking For
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Canva
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-service skills
Based in—or willing to commute to—Surabaya
Self‑motivated, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
