Feature Development

Develop high-performance APIs for core/surrounding HIS/EMR features (e.g., CPOE, e-Prescribing), including mobile apps, integration with partners. You will write code that handles high concurrency during hospital "peak hours" without latency, similar to transactional platforms. Ability to write complex queries, manage/tune logic for both SQL and NOSQL is a must. Implement immutable audit trails for every patient interaction, ensuring the history of medical care is as traceable as a transactional data. Rapid Adaptation

Quickly learn the logic behind medical modules (Pharmacy, Radiology, Inpatient) as well as modality, bed-side monitor, and surgery robotics (IoMT) and independently translate business requirements into technical specs. Integration

Build robust connectors for medical devices and third-party systems, ensuring data flows securely and accurately. Technical Requirements

Core Experience

3+ years in backend engineering, with a strong preference for backgrounds in

Digital Banking, Core Banking, or heavy-transaction environments . Fast Learning Ability

Demonstrated ability to master new industry standards quickly. Understand Healthcare standards (SNOMED, LOINC, HL7, FHIR) is an advantage. Code Quality

Understand CI/CD, full-cycle of SDLC and integration testing to prevent regressions in high volume transactional concurrence or critical life-safety software. Database Skills

Strong proficiency in optimizing queries for large datasets (millions of records) to ensure instant retrieval of patient history/records (longitudinal).
