SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT OUTREACH - DATA ANALYST

Job Description Gather data from various sources, perform data cleaning, transformation, and processing to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency (including removing duplicates and resolving inconsistencies). Analyze relevant data such as learners’ feedback, program effectiveness, learning retention, user experience, and satisfaction levels to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Evaluate user behavior and preferred marketing channels to support strategic improvement and development initiatives. Develop clear and insightful data visualizations and generate comprehensive reports to support data-driven decision-making. Maintain data quality and integrity by managing and securing databases, ensuring proper access control and data governance practices.

Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Data Analyst, strong background in statistics and data analysis. Proficient in Power BI, SQL, Python, and other data visualization tools. Analytical problem-solver with high attention to detail. Fluent in English. Creative, proactive, and adaptable. Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
