B2B Supervisor responsible to build an effective long-term relationship with the Reseller & Distributor and perform sets of sales activities to help BLP run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives.
Detailed Responsibilities
Achieve forecasted sales goals by BLP (Revenue, QTY, Acquisition)
Meet distributor requirements (Responsive, Schedule conscious, etc) and maintain relationship with distributor.
Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information about reseller.
On-board Reseller and keep the communication alive.
Manage the sales pipeline and source leads.
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Domiciled in Yogyakarta.
Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and Health & Beauty Industry trends.
The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand partners' needs and handle the negotiation process.
Strong time management skills.
Computer skills, especially MS Office.
