Job Description:
Develop, update, and prepare engaging training and onboarding materials aligned with company policies, business objectives, product knowledge, and selling standards.
Deliver training sessions (in-store, classroom, and virtual) including onboarding programs for new employees prior to deployment.
Administer training assessments (pre-test and post-test), monitor participant attendance and engagement, and ensure proper documentation and reporting of all training activities.
Conduct routine store visits to Baby Shops and Own Stores within assigned areas to monitor execution and performance standards.
Ensure Sales Team/SPGs consistently apply selling standards, product knowledge, grooming & appearance standards, and customer service standards.
Provide on-the-spot coaching and corrective action when performance gaps are identified, and submit structured visit reports with findings and action plans.
Monitor and maintain training tools, equipment, and company assets to ensure accuracy, proper usage, and prevent damage.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and update functional training modules and manage the e-learning platform to ensure active employee utilization.
Requirements:
Bachelorโs Degree (S1) in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Training, preferably within the FMCG or Retail industry.
Strong expertise in learning design, instructional systems (ADDIE model), and training needs analysis.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Canva, and video editing tools (VN, CapCut, Movie Editor) for engaging training content.
Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, virtual training tools (Google Meet, Zoom), and AI-driven learning solutions.
Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
Passionate about the latest HR Tech, leadership development, and digital transformation in learning.
Good understanding of retail operations, sales processes, and customer service standards.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with a people-first approach.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage documentation properly.
Willing and flexible to travel to various store/work areas as required.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
