Product Development Analyst

Responsibility : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences in the food and beverages sector. Develop and test new product concepts, ensuring they meet quality standards and consumer expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operation and people development, to bring new products to market. Analyze data and provide insights to support product development and improvement initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, food safety standards, and technological advancements. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations. Utilize culinary skills to create and refine recipes and formulations.

Requirement : Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Proven experience of at least 2 years in product development, research, or a relevant role within the food and beverages industry. Strong culinary skills with the ability to cook and demonstrate various techniques. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
