Job Description
Support the customer service team by responding to inquiries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a helpful attitude, and a desire to learn about customer relations.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Communication, Business, or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a customer-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Willing to do internship (onsite) with 6 month contract
