Training Supervisor

Responsibilities

Responsible for Training Need Analysis (TNA), training schedule, training implementation and training evaluation.

Ability to design an effective sales training program.

Develop training modules and activities.

Conduct end‑to‑end training program (for sales).

Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

At least 2 years of experience as a trainer, sales trainer or similar role in the beauty industry.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Good analytical thinking, communication skills, and presentation skills.

Creative, have a good personality, and able to communicate well.

Proficient in English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Willing to work at Cikupa – Tangerang.
