Clubhouse Supervisor

to join our team in a prestigious luxury residential estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the clubhouse facilities

Ensure exceptional service standards and resident satisfaction

Lead and supervise staff to maintain a premium guest experience

Coordinate events, activities, and facility usage

Monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall facility condition

Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Management, Business Administration & related fields

Proven experience in hospitality, recreation, or facility management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Service‑minded, proactive, and detail‑oriented

Ability to manage teams and multitask in a dynamic environment

Professional appearance and demeanor
