Business Development Officer

About the role Kalbe Consumer Health is seeking a talented Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's sales growth and expansion initiatives, with a focus on securing new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for new business or new product development start from ideation up to commercialization

Develop business case for new or existing product

Set up project timeline for approved business case and do coordination with other departments as project leader

Monitoring and make sure the project timeline running on time based on targeted schedule

Gather information and do collaboration and coordination from other related parties (internal and external)

Manage sustainable business from existing brand portfolio

What we're looking for

Education minimum Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, apothecary, or food technology

Minimum 2-3 years experience in business development

Have the ability to speak Mandarin, both verbally and in written

Strong leadership and negotiation skills

Have a good understanding of business process

Willing to work in East Jakarta
