Bespoke Travel Curator for DMC (Bali Office) To design and manage personalized travel experiences for high-end clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery through strategic planning, expert destination knowledge, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Accountabilities

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of luxury travel trends and client preferences to curate exclusive experiences.

Contribute to the strategic positioning of bespoke travel services by identifying unique offerings and differentiators.

Collaborate with the Bespoke Travel Supervisor to align curated travel products with the company’s premium brand strategy.

Monitor competitor offerings and market movements to ensure Destination Asia remains a leader in bespoke travel.

Execute

Deliver high-quality, personalized travel itineraries that meet or exceed client expectations.

Ensure all bookings, communications, and service arrangements are executed flawlessly and on time.

Use travel software and internal systems efficiently to manage reservations, updates, and client records.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel plans.

Leadership

Act as a role model in client service excellence and attention to detail.

Support and mentor junior team members in handling complex travel requests.

Take initiative in resolving issues and improving processes to enhance team performance.

Represent the Bespoke Travel team in cross-departmental collaborations and contribute to a positive team culture.
