UI/UX Designer

Our product development follows Agile methodologies with weekly releases and collaboration tools such as GitHub, Jira, and Slack. We are seeking a creative and detail oriented UI UX Designer to join our Product Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and crafting seamless user experiences across our web and mobile applications, desktop experiences, and SDK integrations. This role requires a strong understanding of user centered design principles, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in UI UX design for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Strong portfolio showcasing UI UX design work, including user flows and interactive prototypes. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Have Experience in the gaming or rewarded platforms industry. Experience designing embedded experiences or SDK based products. Knowledge of motion graphics or animation tools. Understanding of front end development workflows.

Job Responsibilities Design and optimize user interfaces for our web and mobile applications, desktop experiences, and SDK components to enhance user satisfaction. Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop user journey maps to inform design decisions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement design solutions. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs iteratively. Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and internal design system principles. Stay updated with the latest trends in UI UX design and best practices.
