Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of a responsible for identifying and acquiring high-net-worth individuals for the bank's Treasures segment

Develop and implement strategies to expand the Treasures client base, including market research, client segmentation, and targeted outreach campaigns

Oversee the analysis of client data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize the Treasures acquisition process

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Wealth Management and Private Banking, to ensure a seamless client experience

Monitor team performance, provide coaching and mentorship, and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators

Contribute to the development and implementation of the bank's overall Treasures acquisition strategy

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry

Proven track record of leading and managing a team of analysts or relationship managers

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful client acquisition strategies

Proficient in the use of relevant data analysis and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
