HR General & Development Manager

Ensuring all HR programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation. Responsible for overseeing the entire HR services activity (Recruitment, Staffing, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial and Employee Relation). Responsible for developing company policies and Standard Operation Procedure of HR. Coordinate with other departments to carry out operations of the franchise department. Carry out other reasonable obligations and responsibilities. Participate in training programs, including: regarding how to carry out work, use of equipment, etc. Personal behavior and appearance always sets an example for employees, is polite and builds harmonious working relationships with clients, superiors, colleagues and all employees. Following the annual employee assessment in accordance with applicable procedures. Understand and comply with company policies regarding fire, health, safety and security. Come to work according to working hours, take attendance, wear the uniform and attributes determined by the company. Behave politely and provide professional service at all times.
