Bartender

with strong background and experience in Food & Beverage to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali. As Bartender you will be

responsible

for: Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships. E nsures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times. Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented. Embraces all Touches of Hyatt and the Food and Beverage Top 20. Presents menu/ drinks list, answers enquiries and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to guests. Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming. Takes orders and serves food and beverage to guest according to the established sequence and procedures.

Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of solid experience as Bartender in a high demand luxury Bars. Has relevant experience in late hour bar operations and is able to work on late shifts. Has strong bartending skills sets and is well versed in all types of beverages. Has that natural bar entertaining skills and knowledge about food & beverage. Has prove track on active up selling skills, working with timelines and targets. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must. Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Highly conscientious and diligent. Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields.
