Amantara by Agung Sedayu Group is seeking a highly experienced and motivated General Manager and Operations Manager

to lead our retail unit in the development of a modern, integrated smart city in North Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and possess the following qualifications. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in management role. Experience in hotel and Food & Beverage territory. Strong leadership skills and capable in building high-performing team. Confident in communication and good interpersonal skills. Strong service orientation and hands on. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and financial reports. Have a good personality and professional. Able to develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
