Site Expansion Analyst

We’re Growing Fast! Join the team at Seven Retail Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending strategic locations for the expansion of each Seven Retail brand. This position requires strong analytical skills in interpreting demographic data, market trends, and geographical conditions to support decision‑making for new locations. The Site Expansion Analyst will collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Operations, Project, Finance, and Legal to ensure that expansion aligns with brand needs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct location and market analysis to determine potential areas for business expansion

Perform site surveys and feasibility studies (competitors, traffic, and demographics)

Negotiate with land/building owners to obtain the best rental prices and terms

Work closely with cross‑department teams (Operations, Project, Finance, and Legal) during the location selection process

Requirements

2–3 years of work experience in site acquisition, business expansion, market research, or property development

Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and map or data analysis tools

Able to work in cross‑functional teams

Discipline, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven

Owns a personal vehicle (car/motorcycle)
