Organization Development Manager

Maintain organization structure and job leveling.

Develop and implement company-wide OD and talent programs to support workforce and business goals.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management.

Proven experience as an Organizational Development Manager for a minimum of 3 years in an FMCG or Food Manufacturing Company.

Advanced knowledge of organization design, job evaluation, job analysis, performance management systems, and organizational behavior.

Hands‑on and able to work individually as well as a good team player.

Possess good interpersonal skill, leadership, analytical, communication and negotiation skill.

Willing to work on Saturday (twice a month, from 8 am to 1 pm).
