Corporate Sustainability Analyst

Role Description We are seeking a Corporate Sustainability Analyst for a part-time position (preferably based in Jabodetabek) This hybrid role allows for a combination of in-office work and remote flexibility. Responsibilities involve preparing high-quality deliverables for clients, focusing on climate strategy, ESG reporting, and sustainability transformation. The role centers on decarbonization initiatives, including GHG accounting, science-based targets, and net zero strategy, while integrating broader environmental themes such as circular economy, waste, water stewardship, and nature-positive approaches.

Qualifications

Legally able to work in Indonesia;

Preferably based in Jabodetabek, hybrid applicants are welcome;

Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, civil engineering, chemical engineering, or other relevant majors;

Minimum 2-year experience in sustainability issues and framework (e.g., sustainability projects, sustainability disclosure, corporate strategies, GHG accounting, etc.);

Experience with GIS tools or spatial analysis is an advantage.

Well-organized and detail-oriented personality with great time management skill to work on multiple projects;

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English;

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment, both independently and as part of a global team;

Adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and able to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high quality work products.
